When you move into one of our Springs luxury apartment homes, there are bound to be questions no matter how carefully you planned. Here are answers to some of the more commonly-asked questions we receive from prospective residents.

1. How Do I Know My Furniture Is the Right Size for the Apartment?

Take measurements of your largest pieces of furniture, such as beds and couches and feel free to bring a tape measure along when you view the apartment home — we won't be offended! Springs also features 3D floor plans to help you visualize your apartment’s layout.

2. If I Want or Need to Add a Roommate, Is That Allowed?

Yes, you may add a roommate at a later date. That person will need to go through the same approval process as you did, so begin by submitting your request in writing. It's also a good idea to protect yourself by creating a personal "lease" with your roommate outlining division of chores, guest policies and other issues.

3. When Is a Landlord Allowed to Enter My Home?

In most cases, such as repairs or inspections, we'll provide 24-hour notice and the visit will be conducted during reasonable hours. That notice is waived only for emergencies such as fire or water leaks.

Apartment entry and other resident rights are governed by state statutes. You can find information by visiting your local library or contacting the state Attorney General's office or Consumer Protection Agency. Our on-site management team is always available to answer any  questions you may have.

4. How Do I Deal with Noisy Neighbors?

People don't always realize that their behavior is annoying, so start by politely talking to your neighbor. If that doesn't work, all of our Springs Apartments communities have a Courtesy Officer who is skilled at brokering peaceful resolutions.

5. If I Decide to Get a Pet After Move-In, What Do I Need to Do?

Our pet-friendly communities welcome nearly every type of pet! If you decide to get a pet after move-in, talk with our on-site staff to understand the requirements and financial implications. If you have a dog, you'll be asked to submit a DNA cheek swab for our PooPrints™ pet waste management program.

6. What If I Change My Mind About Living Here After I Sign the Lease?

We understand that signing a lease is a major commitment. If you aren't satisfied with your apartment home for any reason within 30 days of your move-in date, we will release you from your lease.

7. How Soon Do I Have to Decide Whether to Renew My Lease?

We send reminders 80 days before the lease expiration date. Most states require a 60-day notice in which to submit notice of your intention to renew. Keep in mind that month-to-month lease rates are higher than longer term rates.

8. How Do I Pay Rent?

Rent rates and due dates are specified within your lease, so be sure you understand them before signing. Springs Apartments offers online rent payment options for your convenience.

Your satisfaction is our main priority. Don't hesitate to contact our on-site management team with any questions and concerns.
