When looking for an apartment online, one of the first things you look at are the pictures. Let’s face it: a written description is great for reviewing all of the apartment’s features, but everyone knows the real deciding factor when picking an apartment is how everything ultimately looks and feels (while also taking into consideration the location and price).
As helpful as pictures are, it’s sometimes hard to see everything an apartment has to offer in just a few images. For example, a picture of the kitchen can show off the appliances and cabinetry, but it might be hard to tell how big the kitchen area actually is. You can always look at the apartment’s basic floor plan to get a better idea of the room layout and space, but these black and white diagrams can still make it hard to fully envision the space or how well all your stuff may fit into it.
At Springs Apartments, we want to provide you with as much helpful information as possible. So, we provide extensive details about our luxury apartment homes and their amenities, and provide lots of pictures. We also provide apartment floor plans, but if you think we’re talking about just using the black and white drawings, then you obviously haven’t seen our 3D Floor Plans.
Using a special software program, we’re able to recreate 3D images of what each apartment might look like when fully furnished. The colors of the floors, walls, appliances, and other features in the diagram give you a sense of how the space looks, while the added furniture pieces allow you to comprehend how much space you might have. It’s essentially like looking at a scaled-down model of an apartment, and apart from seeing the apartment in-person, it’s one of the most effective ways to help you visualize the space.
Currently, 17 of our 25 Springs locations feature these 3D floor plans, and plans to make them available for all our locations are in the works. In order to access the 3D floor plans for one of our locations, please visit that location’s website, click on the “Floor Plans” tab on the main menu, and click the link for the 3D floor plan of whatever apartment type you’re interested in.
