What Is National Stress Awareness Month?

The Health Resource Network, which founded National Stress Awareness Month 25 years ago, joins healthcare professionals across the country to promote awareness of the causes of stress and methods to control it. These experts will conduct community forums and discussions as well as distribute educational materials, especially on April 16 which is National Stress Awareness Day.
