About the Oklahoma City Bounty Hunters

Oklahoma City is underrepresented in the football sphere, but there is one local team you can root for. The Oklahoma City Bounty Hunters are a pro developmental team. The Bounty Hunters belong to the South Division of the Amateur to Professional Developmental Football League. The C.B. Speegle Stadium at Capital City High School hosts the team’s home games.

Your Favorite NFL Team

Oklahoma doesn’t have its own NFL team, so there’s no obvious answer when it comes to who you should root for. However, if you’re looking to fit in at local sports bars, the Dallas Cowboys are the most popular NFL team in the state.

Sooner Spirit in OKC

The University of Oklahoma Sooners are the local pick for college football. With the campus about half an hour from Oklahoma City, it’s no wonder that college football is so popular in the area.
